Hi, I’m Lexie — the founder of Beauty on Fleek, an award-winning home-based salon in Cardiff South, where beauty meets comfort, quality and care.

I started Beauty on Fleek in 2019 with a simple goal: to help people feel confident through beautiful lashes and brows. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into something so much bigger, built through word of mouth, loyal clients and a whole lot of love.

In 2026, I was incredibly proud to have Beauty on Fleek named Winner of Outstanding Beauty Services – Lash & Brows at the Hunter Local Business Awards. 🏆

Receiving this recognition for a business I’ve poured so much into was such a special moment. To be recognised for the work I genuinely love doing — and for the lashes and brows that started this whole journey — is something I’m extremely grateful for.

At Beauty on Fleek, I specialise in lash extensions, LED UV lash extensions, brow sculpting, brow lamination, lash lifts and Korean lash lifts. Whether you’re after something soft and natural or a little more defined and dramatic, every service is personalised to you, while always respecting the health and integrity of your natural lashes and brows.

My journey in the beauty industry has also grown beyond the salon.

I’m the founder and educator behind Fleek Beauty Academy, where I offer 1:1 in-person training in lash extensions, brows, brow lamination, lash lifts and Korean lash lifts.

Creating the Academy has given me the opportunity to take the knowledge and hands-on experience I’ve gained throughout my years in the industry and pass it on to the next generation of beauty artists. Whether someone is completely new to the industry or looking to expand their existing skills, my goal is to provide personalised, supportive education that helps them leave feeling confident in what they’ve learnt.

In 2023, I also launched Fleek Lash Supplies, created from my own experience behind the lash bed and my passion for professional lash products.

But at the heart of everything is still Beauty on Fleek.

What sets my salon apart is the personalised experience. I take the time to understand what you want, talk you through your service and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

Over the years, I’ve created a beautiful little space where clients can relax, recharge and feel at home. It’s more than just a salon — it’s a welcoming, judgment-free space where we laugh, chat and connect. So many of my clients have become friends over the years, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

From a little home-based salon to becoming an award-winning beauty business and educator, I’m incredibly grateful for where this journey has taken me and excited for everything still to come.
